If you have not already read Parts I & II you probably should. This starts where they left off, tying it all together. I broke the description of how we are using articles that we write to attract visitors into three parts.

First because every element of the process is connected to every other. Second because it will be easier for you to see why we’re doing what we’re doing so you can see which actions make sense for you. And third because you would never read it all if it was in one huge article.

Needless to say, whether your objective is to get serious about writing a number of articles as part of an Internet marketing strategy or to just write a few, to illustrate your organization’s capabilities – it’s important to get as much mileage out of your efforts as possible.

That’s where this final piece comes into the picture.

What I’m talking about is article marketing beyond syndication to allow each article you write to spread its influence like a virus across the Internet.

Convert Your Articles into Videos
Whether your “articles” are customer profiles, product reviews, how-to tips, warranty information, installation instructions, FAQ, or anything else – you can easily convert them to YouTube videos.

As you know YouTube is a vastly popular search engine. Millions of people search there first to find a visual example of what they are looking for. If you have a video version of your “articles” there, you are likely to reach an entirely new and different universe of searchers. And have you noticed that YouTube videos show up in a typical Google search? Wouldn’t that be great if it was your video?

By the way, no camera required and you don’t have to be in the video if that’s not your style. And if you can’t puzzle out how to do it in ten minutes, for $20 you can get a teenager to do it for you. Watch this selection of videos for examples of a range of ways articles are being repurposed into videos. Then take advantage of the free trial, convert some of your content to YouTube videos and see what you, your customers, and prospects think.

Create Multiple Versions of Every Article
Once you’ve created that ‘killer’ article and syndicated it across the Internet, submitted it to Ezinearticles.com and posted it on your web site you’re done, right?

Here’s what we do to increase the impact of the work we’ve already done. We make multiple unique versions of important articles, those that carry our message for use, and publish them to our blog over many months into the future.

After wasting money on several software products to rewrite our articles we found one. We really only use a tiny amount of its functionality. Each article is rewritten into 26 unique versions that keep the purpose and direction of why we wrote it in the first place. Then, using a wordpress plugin we schedule the articles to be published every three weeks for about a year and and half.

If you have 15 really important articles and publish one every day Monday thru Friday over the next 26 weeks you’ll do wonders for your search engine ranking, your PageRank, and your returning visitors see something different yet related every time the come or read your RSS feed.

So, the same article that you submitted to Ezinearticles.com, syndicated to 100+ web sites and email newsletters, added to your web site and sent to your customers and prospects now have a much wider distribution over an extended time.

Have an Automated Backlink Strategy
This was the missing link for us. Partly because we are too busy doing what we already know how to do to learn something new. Partly because we could not find a software solution that we trusted.

And finally because we have a great many articles posted on html (old-style web pages) that are highly ranked in the search engines and get lots of traffic – so we did not want to do anything to mess with what’s working.

When we found this plug and play solution we began getting those all important backlinks for the work we’d already done as well as on all of our content going forward – all on a “set it and forget it” model. You can see now how we are leveraging our efforts to get the most out of every action. We like to think of our article marketing as a Pachinko strategy. Like the game itself, the ball goes in the top and bounces wildly all the way down. We never try to predict where the articles will land or who will ultimately read them, we just keep putting them in the top.
